Sal Henley - Food Stylist & Consultant
Sal was quick to set up as a Food Stylist and Consultant after a degree in Food Marketing Management and after 21 years she has worked alongside some accomplished businesses. Recent clients include: M&S, Tesco, Tilda, Kenwood, Slimming World and Haagen Dazs – just to name a few! Day to day, week-to-week, Sal could be doing anything from recipe developing, food styling for advertising and packaging, menu development, training and workshops, exhibitions and cooking demonstrations. Safe to say that she absolutely loves the diversity of her job and the freedom it offers, to work anywhere in the world, has always appealed – working, travelling, evermore increasing her skills and passion for cooking.
John Trelfa - Olive Tree Catering
The business was formed over 10 years ago by John Trelfa and Daniel Burke. Both Chefs with over 30 years’ experience, in food and hospitality The core of Olive Tree business comes mainly from weddings and events in Cheshire and surrounding areas. Working as an approved supplier with some really exclusive venues such as Combermere Abbey, Thornton Manor, The Oak Tree of Peover and Stock Farm Tatton to name a few.
Olive Tree offers a range of menus from formal, BBQ’s, buffet, canapés, and evening selections, whilst not forgetting our infamous Tapas menu! For many years we have seen a huge increase in clients looking for something a little different with regards to their food experience. Our Tapas menu offers all our guests a less formal, dining experience whilst creating a more sociable atmosphere! Offering all our customers complete focus from the initial consultation, we work closely with them to select the menu that suits all aspects of their requirements. Our approach is to offer clear guidance and advice aimed at helping our clients make informed decisions.
